| 1 15 ounce package cornbread mix |
| 1 7 ounce can diced chiles |
| 1 1/2 pound Monterrey Jack cheese |
Cornbread-Green Chile Appetizers Directions
- Follow directions for making cornbread. Pour only one-half of the mixture in prepared pan. Cover cornbread mixture with sliced cheese and drained peppers. Cover sagain with cheese. Add remaining cornbread batter and cook as directed on package. cut in one and one half inch squares and serve while warm.
