| 3 Tablespoons Butter |
| 1 can Cherries in water (14 oz) |
| 1 1/2 cup flour |
| 2 teapoons baking powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1/3 cup butter |
| 2/3 cup sugar |
| 1 large egg |
| 3/4 teaspoon vanilla |
| 2/3 cup milk |
Cherry Upside-Down Cake Directions
- melt butter in cast iron skillet add brown sugar and cherries, drained.
- Mix butter and sugar; add egg and vanilla. Next, add flour, baking powder and salt; mix together then add milk. Pour cake mix over cherries. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
