Ingredients:
| 4 large eggs |
| 2 cups sugar |
| 1 cup vegetable oil |
| 1 teaspoon cloves |
| 1 teaspoon baking soda |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1 teaspoon baking powder |
| 2 teaspoon cinnamon |
| 2 cups flour |
| 2 cups pumpkin |
Pumpkin Cake Directions
- Beat four eggs well in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and beat until well blended. Add oil and beat until well blended.
- In a new bowl sift together cloves, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and flour. Add to big bowl.Add pumpkin, and mix together well.
- Greased one 13 inch by 9 inches by 1½ inch pan and one bread tin loaf. Pour into pan and bake at 350°for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with butter frosting or cream cheese frosting
