| 6 Chicken Breasts Skinless |
| 3 Tablespoons Butter |
| 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil |
| 1 clove Garlic, minced |
| 1 cup Panko/Bread crumbs |
| 1 teaspoon fresh, chopped basil |
| 1 teaspoon fresh, chopped oregano |
| 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees Farneheit. Lightly grease 9x13 inch pan.
- Filet the chicken breasts in half to make the chicken breasts thinner.
- In a sauce pan place the butter and garlic and saute until garlick a lightly browned
- Put the buttry garlic in a bowl with olive oil.
- In a seperate bowl, add the panko, parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, pepper and salt. and mix throughly
- Dip the chicken in the galic-olive oil mixture, then in the panko-parmesan mixture till well covers and place in baking pan.
- Arrange chicken and pour over any left over panko. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven or until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
- I top with spaghetti sauce and provolone cheese 5 minutes before the chicken is done and serve with bowtie pasta.
