Marinara Sauce
| 1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
| 1 medium onion, chopped |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 teaspoon oregano |
| 1 teaspoon basil, dired |
| 1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
| 1 1/2 teaspoon salt |
| 1 Tablespoon sugar |
| 2 8 ounce can tomato sauce |
| 8 6 ounce can tomato paste |
| 1 10.5 ounce can golden mushroom soup |
| 1 28 ounce can stewed tomatoes |
| 1 8 ouce pkg sliced mushrooms |
| 1 6 ounce can olives, sliced |
| 1 small zucchini, chopped (optional) |
Mom's Spaghetti Directions
- Brown the ground beef with garlic, onion intil ground beef is cooked throughly and the onions are translucent. Drain the fat.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, golden mushroom soup, stewed tomatoes, sugar, oregano,basil, italian seaoning, sugar, and sliced olives.
- Let simmer for 35- 45 minutes.
- Top over your favorite pasta
