Artichoke Dip
| 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained (not marinated) |
| 3/4 cup mayonnaise |
| 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
| 2 tsp garlic, minced |
| 2 dashes hot sauce |
Artichoke Dip Directions
- preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all ingredients and spoon into a lightly buttered 4-cup casserole.
- Bake 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or toast thins, or blue corn chips.
