Hot Dip
| 1 lb sausage |
| 3 large tomatoes, chopped |
| 2 small onions |
| 2 med green peppers, chopped |
| 1 lb sour cream |
| 1 8 ounce package cream cheese |
| 2 small cans chopped green chilis |
Hot Dip Directions
- Brown sausage and drain well.
- Add onion and green peppers.
- Simmer 2 - 3 minutes and add tomatoes; simmer 1 minute (Don't cook tomatoes too long.)
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve warm or cold with tortilla chips
