Applesauce Cake
| 2 cups flour |
| 2 tsp baking soda |
| 3/4 tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp cloves |
| 1/4 tsp nutmeg |
| 1/2 cup butter, softened |
| 1 cup granulated sugar |
| 1 large egg |
| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 1 1/2 cup applesauce |
| 1 cup waluts/pecans, coarsely chopped |
| 1 cup raisins |
| 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar |
Applesauce cake Directions

Notes
Combine butter and sugar, beat till creamy. Add egg.
Sift together dry ingredients and blend into butter mixture.
Add vanilla, applesauce, walnuts/pecans, and raisins
Pour into 9x13, greased, and floured pan. Bake 350° for 25 minutes or until the center springs back at a light touch to the center.
Cool completely, when dust powdered sugar over top. serve
