Granola Squares
| 3 Tbs butter or margarine |
| 1/2 cup brown sugar |
| 1 egg |
| 1/2 cup buttermilk |
| 1 cup all-purpose flour |
| 1/2 tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 tsp salt |
| 1/4 tsp cinnamon |
| 2/3 cup granola |
Granola squares Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, cream butter or margarine and Brown sugar together well.
- Beaten egg.
- Add one half Cup butter milk; mix well.
- Timewaster together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; Add to cream mixture, mixing well.
- Folding one third Cup granola cereal.
- Turn into greased 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle batter with remaining 1/3 cup of granola.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
- cut into squares.
- Serve warm or cooled.
