Cookie Batter
| 3 squares baking chocolate |
| 1 cup margarine |
| 4 eggs |
| 1 1/2 cups sugar |
| 2 cups flour |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1 tsp vanilla |
Frosting
| 1 square chocolate |
| 5 Tbs butter or margarine |
| 1/4 cup milk |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
Waffle Cookies Directions
- Preheat the waffle iron to medium hot.
- Beat eggs and sugar together; add chocolate and margarine.
- Add flour, malt and vanilla.
- Mix
- Drop a small amount in eash section of a waffle iron and bake one minute.
- So easy and quick....and good!
- For the Frosting:
- Boil until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups powdered sugar.
- Frost your hot cookies.
