Split Pea Soup
| 2 cups dry split peas |
| 1 carrot, diced |
| 1 small potato, peeled and cubed |
| 1 small onion, chopped |
| 1 ham bone |
| 2 quarts boiling water |
| 1 dash salt to taste |
| 1 dash pepper to taste |
Split Pea Soup Directions
- Place all ingredients in a large covered casserole.
- Cook in microwave for approximately 35 minutes.
- Stir every 10 minutes until done.
