| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 1/2 tsp flour |
| 42 ounces shredded sweetened coconut (3 pkgs) |
Coconut Macaroons II Directions
- Place corn syrup, sugar, and water in a pan. Bring to boil and the candy reaches 216°
- Remove from stove and beat mixture, adding vanilla and flour.
- Add enough coconut to make the candy hold its shape.(About 3 packages.)
