Bruschetta
| 1 large French Bread Loaf |
| 1/3 cup olive oil |
| 6 large plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped |
| 3 Tbs Fresh basil, chopped |
| 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheeses, grated |
| 2 large cloves garlic, minced |
| 1/2 tsp lemon juice |
| 1 splash balsamic vinegar |
Bruschetta Directions
- Cut the franch bread into 1/2-inch slices,
- Brush with olive oil
- Place in oven under a broiler for about 3 minutes.
- Mix the remianing ingredients and place in a bowl.
- Place the bowl on a plattrer and placed the bread surrounding the bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the tomato mix on a french blead slice and enjoy!
