Dip
| 1/4 cup butter |
| 1 1.25 ounce McCormick Hollandaise sauce mix |
| 1/4 cup milk |
| 1 10 ounce pkg thawed, frozen spinach, drained |
| 1 4 ounce jar diced pimentoes |
| 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated |
| 1 tsp dill weed |
| 1 cup sour cream |
Season's Best Spinach Dip Directions
- In a small soucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in Sauce Blend.
- Graduyally stir in milk.
- Cook, stirring constantly until sauce comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer. Stirring constantly one minute or until thickened.
- Add spinach, pimentoes, cheese and dill.
- Heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted and sauce is well blended.
- Remove from heat.
Notes
NOTE: serve in decorative bowl with assorted crackers or in a hollowed out round bread loaf.
