Cheese ball
| 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, room temperature |
| 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 tsp horseradish |
| 1 shake Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 tsp lemon juice |
| 1 6 ounce can smoked salmon |
| 1/2 cup ground pecans |
Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball Directions
- Mix all ingrediens together and roll into a ball.
- Roll in chopped nuts
- Cover in plastice wrap and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Notes
NOTE: If smoked salmon isn't available, you can substitute with canned, drained salmon and 1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke.
