| 1 lb bacon, cocked very crisply |
| 1 16 ounce Swiss cheese, grated |
| 1/2 med red onion, chopped finely |
Sauce
| 2 cups mayonnaise |
| 4 Tbs sugar |
| 2 Tbs rice wine vinegar |
Summer Broccoli Salad Directions
- Mix first four ingredients together.
- Add the sauce to the broccoli mixture and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving
