Soup
| 2 cups water |
| 2 cups `potatoes, skinned and diced |
| 1/2 cup carrots, sliced |
| 1/2 cup celery, diced |
| 1/4 cup onion, chopped finely |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 1/4 tsp pepper fresh ground |
| 1/4 cup butter |
| 1/4 cup flour |
| 2 cup milk |
| 2 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Cheddar Vegetable Soup Directions
- Boil water, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and salt and pepper till soft. (10-12 minutes)
- Blend in a saucepan, butter, flour, milk, cheddar cheese, until a thick sauce forms
- Add to the boiling vegetables and throughly mix well.
- Serve hot.
- Tasty with sourdough bread bowls.
