Salad
| 1 head Napa cabbage, chopped |
| 1 10 ounce bag baby spinach |
| 1 medium jicama, peeled and diced |
| 1 med red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
| 1 Tbs brown sugar |
| 1 Tbs butter |
| 1 cup slivered almonds |
| 1 12 ounce bag raisins |
| 1 12 ounce bottle poppy seed dressing |
Jill's Different Spinach Salad Directions
- Add finely chopped cabbage to spinach.
- Toss in jicama and red pepper strips.
- Brown slivered almonds in brown sugar and butter.
- Add to salad along with the raisins.
- Toss well.
- Just before serving, toss with poppy seed dressing.
