Salad
| 3 3 ounce pkgs strawberry jello |
| 1 3 ounce pkg orange Jello |
| 4 cups water |
| 2 10 ounce pkg frozen sweetend strawberries |
| 1 15 1/2 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained |
| 2 large bananas, mashed |
Topping
| 1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, room temperature |
| 1 cup powdered sugar |
| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 1/2 cup reserved jello |
| 1 8 ounce carton Cool Whip |
Holiday Strawberry Salad Directions
- Heat water to boiling and add jello.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Set aside 1/2 cup of jello to use later.
- Add frozen strawberries, crushed pineapple, and bananas to the remaining jello
- Pour in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Chill and set
- Make the topping using cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, reserved jello liquid.
- Beat with a mixer until smooth.
- Fold in Cool-Whip.
- Spread on top of chilled Jell-o
- Chill to set.
