| 1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, room temperature |
| 1/3 cup butter, softened |
| 1 tsp vanilla |
| 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest (optional) |
| 3 cup powdered sugar (more if needed) |
Cream Cheese Frosting Directions
- Blend cream cheese and butter till smooth and creamy.
- Add vanilla and lemon zest.
- Mix until well blended.
- Add powdered sugar slowly while blending well and frosting lis light and fluffy.
- Store in refrigerator until ready to use
