| 1/2 c strawberries, capped and sliced |
| 1 lb baby spinach washed |
| 4 ounce feta cheese, crumbled |
| 1/2 cup candied walnuts or pecans |
Dressing
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 1/2 cup canola oil |
| 1 tsp dry mustard |
| 1/2 cup olive oil |
| 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar |
| 2 Tbs fresh onion, grated |
| 1 1/2 tsp poppy seed |
Spinach Salad with Strawberries Directions
- Wash and slice strawberries, ad to baby spinach leaves.
- combine all ingredients for dressing
- Mix
- Keeps for several weeks. You can use Brianna's blush wine vinagrette dressing.
- Mix greens with dressing just before serving.
- Sprinkle top with goat cheese and candies walnuts or pecans.
