Salad

4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 Tbs minced green onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 cups seedless grapes
2 cups celery, diced
2 cups mayonnaise
2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
2 cups shell macaroni, uncooked
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup cashew nuts

Chicken Salad Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine chicken, salt and pepper, onion, celery, grapes, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  2. refigerate.
  3. Cook Macaroni in salted water until tender.
  4. Rinse and cool
  5. Add to chicken mixture
  6. Fold whipped cream into chicken mixture.
  7. Serve
