Salad
| 4 cups cooked chicken, cubed |
| 2 Tbs minced green onion |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 1/2 tsp pepper |
| 3 cups seedless grapes |
| 2 cups celery, diced |
| 2 cups mayonnaise |
| 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice |
| 2 cups shell macaroni, uncooked |
| 1 cup whipping cream |
| 1/2 cup cashew nuts |
Chicken Salad Directions
- In a large bowl combine chicken, salt and pepper, onion, celery, grapes, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- refigerate.
- Cook Macaroni in salted water until tender.
- Rinse and cool
- Add to chicken mixture
- Fold whipped cream into chicken mixture.
- Serve
