Salad
| 2 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, cubed |
| 1 cup celery, thinly sliced |
| 1 cup green onion, chopped finely |
| 1/4 cup sliced almonds |
| 1 cup seedless green grapes |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise |
| 1 Tbs lemon juice |
| 1/4 tsp salt |
| 1/8 tsp pepper |
Chicken Grape Salad Directions
- mix chicken, celery, green onions, almonds and grapes.
- In a seperate bowl, mix ,ayonnaise, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
- Pour over chicken mixture and mix thouroughly
Notes
Note: If you want tob e fancy, this salad can be served in a cantelope ring or wedge.
To expand, add mandarine oranges and cooked rice, and double the dressing.
