| 4 cups chicken cooked and cubed |
| 1 cup pineapple chunks drained |
| 1 1/2 cups red or green grapes |
| 2 cups celery, chopped |
| 2 cups mayonnaise |
| 1/4 tsp curry powder |
| 2 cup chow mein noodles |
| 1 cup cashews |
Chinese Chicken Salad Directions
- Combine the chicken, pineapple, grapes and celery in a large bowl
- Add mayonnaise and curry powder and mix thouroughly.
- Place in refrigerater and chill until ready to serve.
- Add chow mein noodles and cashews and serve
