Salad
| 1 large avocado, chopped into bite-sized pieces |
| 1 head butter or Boson lettuce |
| 12 small cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 1/4 cup loosely packed cilantro leaves |
| 3 ounces ricotta salata |
| 4 scallions, white only thinly sliced |
Char's Salad Directions
- Mix avocado wit 1/2 of the dressing and set aside
- Arrange the lettuce in bottom of large serving bowl.
- Add tomatoes and cillantor and crubmle the ricotta salata
- Sprinkle with scallions.
- Place the avocadoes in the center.
- Serve the remaning dressing on the side
