| 1 med jalepeno pepper, no seeds and chopped. |
| 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped |
| 2 Tbs fresh lime juice |
| 1/4 tsp kosher salt |
| 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |

- Place the scallions in the food processor with jalepeno, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
- Pulse to combine.
- Continue to process while adding olive oil.
- Taste and adjust (usually with salt.)
