Salad
| 1 8 ounce pkg Chicken Rice-A-Roni |
| 2 6 ounce jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained |
| 3 green onions, sliced |
| 1 8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped |
| 1 8 ounce can sliced mushrooms |
| 1 cup shrimp, turkey or chicken, diced |
| 1 small can black olives, sliced |
Dressing
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise |
| 1/4 tsp curry powder |
| 1/4 tsp salt |
| 1/8 tsp pepper |
Rice Salad Directions
- Cook the Rice-A-Roni according to package directions.
- Cool slightly.
- Add the artichoke hearts, onions, water chestnuts, sliced mushrooms, turkey and olives.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, curry powder, slat & pepper..
- Add to the main salad and serve.
