Soup
| 1 quart water |
| 1 12.5 ounce can Chicken breast |
| 1 large potato, grated |
| 2 large carrots, grated |
| 1 cup celery, sliced |
| 1 small onion, grated |
| 4 cube Chicken bullion cubes (adjust for 1 cube for 1 cup of water.) |
| 1/2 tsp basil |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper |
Noodles
| 3 large eggs. beaten |
| 3 Tbs water |
| 1/2 tasp salt |
| 1 1/2 cups flour, adjust as needed |
Grandma Thomas' Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup Directions
- over low heat, simmer all the ingredients except for the noodles. while simmering, make noodles.
- Add flour until stiff,
- Roll out and slice into thin strips wit a pizza cutter.
- Drop into soup and boil for about 5 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
