Salad
| 1 pint strawberries, washed and sliced |
| 1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained |
| 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped into 1 inch strips |
| 1 Tbs butter |
| 1/3 cup whole pecans |
| 3 Tbs sugar |
Dressing
| 1/3 cup raspberry vinegar |
| 2/3 cup oil |
| 2 cloves garlic, pressed |
| 1 tsp salt |
Sweet & Sour Salad Directions
- Combine vinegar, oil, garlic and salt.
- Mix and chill.
- Carmelize the pecans is sugar and butter over low/medium heat.
- Set aside
- Combine the strawberrries, mandarine oranges, and romain lettuce.
- When ready to serve, combine all and serve
