| 2 large oranges |
| 1 tbs orange zest, finely grated |
| 1 lb fresh cranberries, washed |
| 5 ounces dried cranberries |
| 1 stick cinnamon |
| 2 cloves garlic, mined finely |
| 1 small onion, finely chopped |
| 2 Tbs fresh ginger, finely chopped |
| 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed |
| 1/4 cup basalmic vinegar |
| 1/4 cup cider vinegar |
Two Cranberry Chutney Directions
- In a large no reactive saucepan, combine all of the ingredients.
- Simmer over medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes. until the liquid is evaporated and the chutney is thick.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with turkey or any other poultry.
