| 1 lb red or yellow plums |
| 1/4 cup sugar |
| 1/4 cup onion |
| 3 Tbs orange juice |
| 2 Tbs vinegar |
| 1/2 tsp ground allspice |
| 2 Tbs raisins |
| 2 cloves garlic, minced |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
Plum Chutney Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, covered.
- Remove cover and cook 10 minutes more until desired consistency.
- Chill at least 24 hours before serving.
