Quiche
| 6 slices bread buttered |
| 8 large eggs, beaten |
| 2 cups milk |
| 1 tsp oregano |
| 1/4 tsp dry mustard |
| 1/4 tsp garlic powder |
| 1/4 tsp salt |
| 1/8 tsp pepper |
| 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
| 1 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese. grated |
| 1 4 ounce can chopped green chilis |
Book Club Quiche Directions
- Liberally greas a 9 x 13 inch quiche pan.
- Place bread in pan, buttered side down.
- Mix together eggs, milk, oregano, mustard, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
- Pour over bread.
- Sprinkle cheese and green chilies over top.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour uncovered.
