| 8 ounces dried bowtie or wagon pasta |
| 2 medium avocadoes, chopped |
| 6 slices bacon, sliced cooked and scrambled. |
| 2/3 cup chopped fresh basil |
| 2 Tbs lemon juice |
| 1 Tbs olive oil |
| 3 medium cloves, minced |
| 1/4 tsp black pepper |
| 1/8 tsp salt |
Linda's Savory Pasta Directions
- Cook pasta; drain.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Add to hot pasta and toss to combine.
Notes
Note: If desired, can sprinkle lightly with fress grated Parmean cheese.
