| 2 Tbs olive oil |
| 1 dash garlic |
Tomato
| 2 large tomatoes, slice in 1/2 inch thick |
| 1 dash salt & pepper |
| 1 tsp topping, recipe above |
| 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese |
| 1 tsp oregano |
| 1 tsp basil |
Broiled Tomatoes Directions
- Per tomato; mix in bowl.
- Cut tomatoes in half and add in order, salt and pepper, topping,Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
- Broil 2-3 minutes.
- Bake at 325° for 15 minutes
