| 3 large eggs |
| 3/4 cup flour |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 1 1/4 cup milk |
| 1 Tbs sugar |
Swedish Pancakes Directions
- Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
- Stir in milk.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add to egg mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Dropp batter by tablespoons onto a moderately hot buttered griddle.
- spread evenly to make thin cakes.
- Turn when underside is light brown.
- Spoon melted butter over.
- Serve with powdered sugar or syrup
