Cheese Blintzes
| 4 large eggs |
| 1 cup sour cream |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 1 cup cottage cheese |
| 1 Tbs sugar |
| 1 cup flour |
Easy Cheese Blintzes Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.
- Add cottage cheese and sour cream; blend well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well until blended.
- Cool like panckakes, center should remain cheesy.
- Serve hot topped with raspberry jam and a dollop pf Cool Whip.
- I have used fat-free cotaage cheese and sour cream for a low fat version and it works well.
