| 2 large eggs, divided |
| 1/2 cup oil |
| 4 tsp baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
| 2 cup milk |
| 2 cup flour |
| 2 Tbs sugar |
Crisp Waffles Directions
- Beat the egg whites until fluffy.
- Combine milk, yolk and oil; mix well.
- Stir dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour milk mixture over dry ingredients and combine.
- Fold in egg whites, gently.
- Cook in a waffle iron.
