Tomato Basil Pasta
| 1 12 ounce package egg noodles or angel hair pasta |
| 3 cups tomato, chopped |
| 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
| 1 1/2 cup fresh basil |
| 1 1/2 lemons juiced |
| 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 dash salt and pepper to taste |
Tomato Basil Pasta Directions
- Cook noodles or pasta; do not let it get soggy.
- Put the tomatoes, parsley, basil and lemon over the pasta.
- Add the olive oil.
- Cook until steaming.
- Serve with fresh ground pepper and salt to taste.
