Ingredients:

1/2 Lb. Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 medium onion, chopped
6 medium potatoes, chopped
4 large eggs, boiled
2 cups milk, scalded
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Bacon & Potato Soup Directions

  1. Cook potatoes until tender. Drain and place in large bowl: add apple and celery. Whisk grape juice, oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper until blended. Pour over potato mixture, toss, let stand about 1/2 hour. Add walnuts and bacon before serving.
