Ceviche
| 1 lb fresh sea bass, halibut, etc |
| 1 cup lime juice |
| 1 medium onion, chopped fine |
| 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped |
| 4 Tbs olive oil |
| 1 Tbs white vinegar |
| 1/2 cup chilis chopped (can use 1 cup if desired) |
| 1/2 tsp dry oregano (2 tsp if desired) |
| 1 salt & pepper to taste |
Ceviche I Directions
- Cut fish into bite-sized pieces or cubes.
- Marinate fish in lime juice 2 - 6 hours in refrigerator.
- Pour off almost all of the lime juice.
- Mix remaining ingredients (not in a blender) and add to fish.
- Mix well, cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
