Lasagne
| 1 16 ounce box Lasagna noodles |
| 1 16 ounce carton cottage cheese |
| 1 jar spaghetti sauce |
| 2 8 ounce pkgs Muenster cheese slices |
| 1 lb ground beef |
Little Lasagna Directions
- Cook noodles and drain.
- While cooking noodles, fry the meat and drain off fat.
- Spoon noodles into 9 x 12 inch baking dish.
- Spread all cottage cheese over the noodles.
- Spread meat over the cottage cheese layer.
- Cut Muenster cheese into strips and place in a layer over the meat.
- Pour 1/2 the sauce over the cheese.
- Place another layer of cheese strips over the sauce; top with remaing sauce.
- Bake uncovered, in 375° overn 30 - 45 minutes or until bubbles start to form.
- Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
