Souvlaki
| 5 lbs meat, i.e. turkey, pork or lamb cut into cubes (pork tenderloin is great) |
| 1/2 Tbs Salt |
| 1/2 Tbs Pepper |
| 1/4 cup oregano (1/2 cup if fresh) |
| 1 tsp garlic |
| 2 Tbs olive oil |
Greek Souvlaki Directions
- Mix and rub spices into meat.
- Marinate 24 hours.
- Place on skewers.
- Grill
- Brush with butter while grilling, if desired.
- Drizzle lemon juice on meat when done.
Notes
Great if served with a Greek salad, fresh pita, and feta cheese
