Brisket
| 5 lb beef brisket (6 pounds is also ok) |
| 1 14 ounce bottle Chris N Pitts Sauce |
Dry Seasoning Mix
| 1/3 cup salt |
| 1/3 cup chili powder |
| 2 1/2 Tbs Monosodium Glutamate |
| 1 1/2 Tbs black pepper, freshly ground |
| 1 Tbs garlic powder |
Barbeque Beef Brisket Directions
- Mix all the ingredients for the "dry seasoning mixL together in a jar.
- Heat oven to 350°
- Place brisket in shallow roasting pan.
- Coat both sides with seasoning mix.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Brush with "Chris & Pits Sauce"
- Bake 4 hours longer adding sauce as needed.
