Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole
| 4 chicken breasts, cooked |
| salt & pepper to taste |
| 1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup |
| 1 16 - ounce carton sour cream |
| 40 (1 tube) Ritz crackers |
| 3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted |
| 2 Tbs poppy seed |
Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole Directions
- Layer chicken in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish or pan.
- Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
- Mix soup with sour cream and blend well.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Mix crackers and leted butter, add poppy seed.
- Sprinkle these crumbs on top of the chicken evenly
- Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.
