Casserole
| 1 Tbs butter |
| 1 cup celery, chopped |
| 1/4 cup onion, chopped |
| 1/2 5 1/2 ounce can chow mein noodles |
| 1 5 ounce can tuna with liquid |
| 1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup |
| 1/4 cup water |
| 1/8 tsp pepper |
Tuna Chow Mein Casserole Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add celery and onion; cook and stir until onion is tender
- Reserving 1/4 cup of the chow mein noodles, stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish
- Sprinkle with reserved chow mein noodles on top.
- Bake at 350°, uncovered for 30 minutes.
