Ingredients:
| 24 ounce can baked beans in tomato sauce |
| 1 can kidney beans (15 ounce) |
| 1 can whole kernel corn (12 ounce) |
| 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled |
| 1/2 cup chopped onion |
| 1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
| 1/8 cup smoke-flavored barbecue sauce |
| 1 teaspoon chili powder |
| 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
Bean Pot Directions
- In Dutch oven, combine all but cheese. Stir to combine. Cover and cook over medium heat, 35 minutes, stir occasionally. Top with cheese before serving. CROCKPOT COOKERY: In 4 quart crock pot, combine all but cheese. Stir. Cover and cook on high heat setting 3 1/2 hours, stirring twice. Sprinkle with cheese to serve. Serves 8 to 10.
