| 2 tsp salt |
| 1 28 ounce can tomatoes, chopped |
| 1/4 tsp pepper |
| 1/3 cup green pepper |
| 1/3 cup onion |
| 2 cup brown rice |
| 1 1/2 cup water |
Pork Chops with Brown Rice Directions
- Brown chops.
- Place rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan
- Add everything else, placing pork on top.
- Cover with foil
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
