| 3 large eggs |
| 1 cup oil |
| 1 cup brown sugar |
| 1 cup honey |
| 3 tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 tsp baking powder |
| 1 tsp baking soda |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 1 cup white flour |
| 2 cup whole-wheat flour |
| 3 tsp vanilla |
| 2 cup pears, peeled and chopped |
| 3/4 cup dried and sweetened cranberries |
| 1 tsp orange peel zest |
Cranberry-Pear Honey Bread Directions
- Beat eggs; add oil, and stir.
- Add brown sugar, and coney-cinnamon, soda, powder, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Add flour (whole-wheat/white) slowly, 1 cup at a time.
- Stir well and add vanilla.
- Add peeled/chopped pears.
- Stir in dried cranberries, and oreange peel zets.
- Grease 2 bread pans.
- Bake at 325° for approximately 70 minutes
