Flour Tortillas Directions
- Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl.
- Cut lard into flour with pastery blender or 2 knives.
- Add water, stirring with a fork.
- Knead dough with a ball, set aside for 30 minutes.
- Pinch off walnut-size pieces; roll into a round 6-inch diameter.
