| 1 cup warm water |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 1/2 cup olive oil |
| 3 large eggs, beaten |
| 4 1/2 cup flour |
| 1 tsp salt |
Refrigerator Rolls Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water
- add to 1 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients
- Knead and let stand 1 hour.
- Punch down and refrigerate overnight.
- Next morning, make into desired roll shapes.
- ut onto greased pans.
- Let rise 3 hours.
- Bake at 350° for 13 minutes
Notes
For Cinnamon rolls: Roll out dough, spread butter; sprinkle on nuts, raisins, and cinnamon.
Roll up and cut with a string.
Put on greased cake pans and let rise 3 hours.
Bake the same as for rolls.
